Sept 21/01  'Booker' is a 6 yro neutered male black Cocker Spaniel.  He is wonderful with children, although he will steal food from the smaller ones - likes other dogs and ignores cats.  He never really ever bonded to his previous family so pretty much does as he pleases - he needs some obedience training to improve his leash manners and if he has access to the basement will go and relieve himself.  If he has no basement access, he is wonderful in the house, is crate trained and loves to go for rides in the car.  For further info pls contact Margo Illing at pitabouv@sympatico.ca

Dec/01  Booker has gone home!!  He has been adopted by a wonderful family - his new 'mom' originally came from England and has always wanted a cocker.  He now has many new fur and feather 'siblings' to play with.  Good luck - it warms my heart to know that someone else cherishes the seniors as much as I do!!
