Day 3 Aug 30 - has had 2 more IV therapies, eyes are brighter and he's getting an appetite and is definitely starting to retain some of the fluid in his body - still drinks a lot.  He is unable to maintain body heat (shivers most of the time) so I have started heating the IV fluid a little before administering and keeping him wrapped in a warmed towel.  Thought I saw the slightest indication of a tail wag!!
