Apr 17/03 This is Hope, she is approx 1/5-2yro, spayed, shots utd, microchipped, heartworm neg. She is brindle with natural ears and docked tail. Hope is one of the
five dogs I brought here from Michigan.
Hope is still having some difficulty with housetraining due to a severe intestinal infection - this infection is now cleared up so hopefully her stools will
improve shortly. Hope is very skittish and wary of strangers, she does get along well with non-dominant dogs and doesn't like cats. Hope would do best in a single female home, no children, with someone
with the patience to help her adjust and feel safe. For further info contact Margo Illing pitabouv@sympatico.ca

Aug/03 Hope has gone into foster care w/a wonderful lady and her husband. They have had rescued GSD's in the past and are
willing to try and help Hope. One of the conditions of fostering will be to attend classes each week with me.
Oct/03 Hope has been making leaps and bounds at training
under Linda's loving guidance - she's become a totally different dog than what originally came into rescue. So now it's become official!! Hope has been adopted by her wonderful foster
parents Linda & Robert Cove. below is an email I rec'd from them.....
Hi Margo Hope's new name is Simchah - it is Hebrew for rejoicing, joy.
I hope, her hopes have been realized, so now it is time to celebrate! She is very much a part of our family and has already brought us lots of joy! Thank you for rescuing her for us.
May God bless you and help you in the good work you are doing. Linda
