Sept 14/01  This is 'Winky', he is a neutered male purebred registered Samoyed (Snowybear's In A Wink).  DOB Dec 4/00.  Winky was born with a genetic default - he was born without a penis sheath.  He urinates from several holes in his abdomen.  His breeder Tina Gibson has had him checked by several vets who all agreed that he can live a normal healthy life, so she has had him neutered.  He squats to pee and his hind legs must be wiped off once a day as he dribbles a little.  I have met this dog, he is very sweet, loving and friendly. Nov 12/01  Winky has been on a 2 week trial period and we were notified this morning that he is 'the apple of their eye' and they wouldn't part with him for anything!!!!  They purchased a clipper and are learning to keep his groin area shaved, he sleeps in the bed with them and absolutely adores their young daughter.  According to them, 'he is the perfect family companion'.  Way to go Winky!!
